Ivan is a decorated Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a Veteran of the 1990-91 Desert Storm/Persian Gulf War serving for approximately 8 months in various Middle Eastern Countries during the conflict. Lou has been a licensed real estate professional since 1979 and obtained his Broker's license in 1987. Having worked with Central Ohio's largest homebuilder for 11 years, Lou has extensive knowledge and experience in all phases of construction. He also has overseen the renovation of numerous investment properties for clients as well as his own. Justin grew up in Licking County and moved to Columbus after graduating from Muskingum College with a degree in Business Management. Justin worked in the HVAC industry and owned his own masonry company before finding his true calling in real estate.
