Ivan is a decorated Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a Veteran of the 1990-91 Desert Storm/Persian Gulf War serving for approximately 8 months in various Middle Eastern Countries during the conflict. Ivan has over 13 years of experience helping clients with their financial services needs beginning in 1994 upon Honorable Discharge from the USMC. Starting as an independent advisor and owner of Strategic Financial Group, Inc. Ivan moved through various financial service positions to include Bank Management at Fifth Third Bank. Taking his experience gained, Ivan moved back to the independent advisor market and currently uses his financial services experience in Banking, Mortgages, Insurance, Real Estate, Taxes and Securities to help manage Client Wealth and find strategic solutions to complex financial issues. Currently Vice President of Strategic Financial Group, Inc., Alex was born in northeast Ohio and moved to Columbus graduating from The Ohio State University and specializes in comprehensive wealth management. Alex currently carries a Real Estate license, Mortgage Broker License, Life and Health Insurance license, and Series 6,63, and 7 Securities licenses. Additionally, Alex has extensive knowledge with respect to Credit, both personal and commercial lending purposes, as well as most other forms of banking products and services. Alex has been in involved in the industry for nearly 10 years and is also fluent in Spanish. Lou Saslaw: (Vice President-Real Estate) |
Lou has been a licensed real estate professional since 1979 and obtained his Broker's license in 1987. Having worked with Central Ohio's largest homebuilder for 11 years, Lou has extensive knowledge and experience in all phases of construction. He also has overseen the renovation of numerous investment properties for clients as well as his own. He has assisted clients in land acquisition, development, tax strategies, marketing, and all of the other nuances of buying and selling real estate. Lou had an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and a Master's degree from The Ohio State University. |
Clarence B. Carpenter: |
After graduating from The Ohio State University in June 2005 with a B.S. in Hospitality Management, Clarence began his customer service career at the Blackwell Inn on the OSU campus as a housekeeping manager. In August of 2007 he was promoted to assistant banquet manager at the hotel. He parted ways with the hotel in June of 2008 in order to pursue further property management experience as a Building Services Manager with the Facilities Operations and Development department at Ohio State. The aim was to further his experience with property management on a large scale, as well as initiate his pursuit of other real estate related activities. Clarence has been able to distinguish himself throughout his career as a recipient of various customer service recognitions from the university, by making total customer satisfaction his main objective and inspiring the people he managed to always do the same. Now, as a licensed Real Estate Strategist, Clarence looks forward to assisting clients in the development and pursuit of the real estate related goals they have for themselves and their families.
